The IM-10 is an entry-level model that provides optimal features with most of the major specifications in the SEM line. The resolution of the microscope is 40 nm, the maximum magnification is 50-30.000x. In low vacuum mode, perform image analysis of a non-conducting sample without pre-processing the sample.
