Direct-flow X-ray fluorescence analyzer DF-5738

  • DF-5738 Direct-flow X-ray fluorescence analyzer is a flow-through device for measuring the composition of multielements in one channel. The in-line X-ray fluorescence analyzer is designed for real-time analysis of the types and contents of various chemical elements
  • of pulp in the process of industrial production. Excluding complex sample processing processes, the device performs a direct analysis of the pulp, quickly outputs the analysis result. There is an opportunity to directly use the device in the complex automation of the production
  • process.
  • The principle of operation
  • The principle of operation of the analyzer is based on the method of energy dispersion, which consists in the analysis of mixed spectra obtained after the excitation of characteristic X-rays. Through mathematical analysis of the total mixed spectra, the results of the spectra and concentrations of the elements of materials are obtained.
