DF-5738 Direct-flow X-ray fluorescence analyzer is a flow-through device for measuring the composition of multielements in one channel. The in-line X-ray fluorescence analyzer is designed for real-time analysis of the types and contents of various chemical elements
of pulp in the process of industrial production. Excluding complex sample processing processes, the device performs a direct analysis of the pulp, quickly outputs the analysis result. There is an opportunity to directly use the device in the complex automation of the production
process.
The principle of operation
The principle of operation of the analyzer is based on the method of energy dispersion, which consists in the analysis of mixed spectra obtained after the excitation of characteristic X-rays. Through mathematical analysis of the total mixed spectra, the results of the spectra and concentrations of the elements of materials are obtained.
