X-ray analyzer spectrometer EDX 3600

Improving the accuracy of test results is Skyray's constant commitment to provide users with the best possible service and advanced capabilities of scientific instruments. The newly developed EDX 3600 spectrometer is based on this idea. It is designed and built with five characteristics of "accurate, fast, non-destructive, intuitive and environmentally friendly" Skyray EDX series spectrometers. The SNE noise reduction module has been added, which ensures stable test results and increased accuracy.
