Portable Analyzer Spectrometer of Precious Metals Cube 100

The unique portable Cube 100 X-ray spectrometer is designed to meet customer requirements for measuring concentrations of gold, silver, platinum and other elements inside precious metal products, as well as with the ability to analyze the inner walls of jewelry. Using a high-resolution SDD detector or Si-PIN detector, the Cube 100 can analyze Au, Ag, Pt, Pd, Zn, Ni, Ir and other elements. At the same time, it can test elements from sulfur to uranium. The test results fully meet the requirements of the national standard 18043-2013 GB / T. The compact design of the Cube 100 makes testing of precious metals much easier due to its small size, light weight, easy carrying and intelligent software for conducting elemental analysis operations.
