The ChemAnalyst software controls the operation of the automatic sampler (AS), gas chromatograph (GC) and mass spectrometer (MS);
The received data is transmitted via a high-speed network card;
Full and selective ion scanning and Monitoring (SIM) modes ;
The system supports manual and automatic adjustment, displays the total ion current (TIC) and mass chromatograms (MC) in real time;
The spectrometer uses NIST/EPA/NIH databases
The data processing function searches for compounds in NIST 2011 based on the captured mass spectral data of samples, displays the search results, which include retention time, structural formula and standard mass spectrum, and compares the saturation of standard and real target ions. Based on this data, users can make an accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis;
