Liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer LC-MS 1000 is a new development of Skyray Instrument that meets the highest international requirements. Operational characteristics
Unique ion source design. The capillary position is adjusted so as to obtain the maximum ion signal for different samples. The patented heating technology and special spray technology increases the evaporation efficiency, which in turn reduces background noise and increases sensitivity. The special shape of the gas outlet hole in the ion source helps to keep the vacuum nozzles clean and reduces the effects of contamination. It is also very useful to achieve maximum ion transfer efficiency, thus helping to obtain maximum sensitivity.
Multi-channel data acquisition technology increases the speed of analysis and work efficiency. In order to find and qualitatively analyze the target molecules in the sample, the full scan mode is used. Selective ion monitoring mode (SIM mode) can be used for quantitative analysis of target molecules. SIM mode is often used for the analysis of low concentrations or samples with low effective ionization, due to its higher detection ability. At the same time, the full scan mode is often used to analyze high concentrations or for highly efficient ionization of unknown samples.
The multichannel LC-MS1000 data acquisition function allows you to analyze multiple compounds in a single sample scan. During the analysis, positive or negative ionization mode, selective ion monitoring (SIM) and/or full scan mode of choice, can be used during a single test, which significantly increases the speed of analysis and operational efficiency.

Fast switching between positive and negative ionization modes. Fast switching between positive and negative ionization modes minimizes the impact on the chromatograph spectra during switching. For compounds that can be ionized in both modes (positive/negative), removing the positive and negative spectrum in one scan will make the results more reliable.

Dissociation function (CID) of induced collisions from a B-source with more detailed structural information, facilitate mass spectral analysis of the target compound.
